How do I reach your support?

During the shop’s normal opening hours, please call or SMS the showroom on +46 40 120500. For non-urgent questions you can always send an e-mail to and you should normally receive a reply within 12 hours.

I am not satisfied with my product. How do I proceed?

Within 14 days, please call us or send us an e-mail, explaining why you are not satisfied and we can also look into finding another solution for you (e.g. other size or other model). Also remember you can always return your item within 14 days with no reason and get a full refund.

Please note that Special Orders are not refunded, i.e. dresses that are only available online and not in the physical store.

Which logistics solution do you use?

We use Fedex and sometimes UPS for all our shipments, both worldwide and within Scandinavia.
